And give the orphans their wealth and do not change the pure for the impure and do not eat their wealth after mixing it with yours. It is definitely a great sin.

And if you fear that you will not be able to do justice with orphans then marry the women you desire, two three or four, but if you fear that you will not be able to treat two wives uniformly and justly then marry one only or those who are owned by you (as slaves) this is nearer to prevent you from being partial.

And if you apprehend that you will not be able to do justice to orphan girls, then marry such other women as seem good to you, two, three, four but if you are afraid that you will not to be able to keep two wives on equal terms then marry one only or captives whom you own. Watch the orphans till they attain the age of marrying then if you find them all right and responsible then hand over them their wealth and do not devour it extravagantly in haste for fear they may grow up, And whoever is rich should avoid it and whoever is needy may take out of necessity reasonably so when you hand over the wealth to them then make witnesses over it and Allah is enough as a Reckoner.

And remain testing the orphans, until they are able to marry; then if you find them of right understanding, deliver to them their property and consume it not in extravagance and in such haste that they should not reach their maturity. And whoso is not needy, let him abstain and whoso is needy, let him consume it with equity. Then when you deliver them their property, then take witnesses against them. And Allah is Sufficient in taking account.

Et éprouvez (la capacité) des orphelins jusqu'à ce qu'ils atteignent (l'aptitude) au mariage; et si vous ressentezen eux une bonne conduite, remettez-leur leurs biens. Ne les utilisez pas (dans votre intérêt) avec gaspillage etdissipation, avant qu'ils ne grandissent. Quiconque est aisé devrait s'abstenir de se payer lui-même de cethéritage qui lui est confié. S'il est pauvre, alors qu'il y puise une quantité convenable, à titre de rémunération detuteur.) est aisé, qu'il s'abstienne d'en prendre lui-même. S'il est pauvre, alors qu'il en utilise raisonnablement : etlorsque vous leur remettez leurs biens, prenez des témoins à leur encontre. Mais Allah suffit pour observer etcompter.
