And a proclamation (is to be made) from Allah and His Messenger to the mankind on the day of Greater Pilgrimage that Allah and His Messenger dissociate from the idolaters. Then if you repent it is better for you but if you turn away then know that you will not frustrate Allah and give the kafirs tidings of a painful punishment.

And there is proclamation from Allah and His Messenger to all People on the day of Great Pilgrimage that Allah is rid of the polytheists and so His Messenger, if you then repent it is then good for you, and if you turn your face then know that you cannot tire Allah. And give good tidings to infidels of a painful torment.

But those idolaters with whom you had a pact and did not fail you in any way and did not help anyone against you then fulfil their pact upto the fixed term. Allah loves the righteous.

But those associators with whom you had covenanted then they did not detract anything in your contract, and did not help any one against you, then fulfill their covenant till the promised day. Undoubtedly, Allah loves the pious ones.

Other than those polytheists with whom you had a treaty, and they have not diminished anything from your treaty nor supported anyone against you - therefore fulfil their treaty up to the appointed term; indeed Allah befriends the pious.

Behalve diegenen der afgodendienaren met wie gij een verbond had geloten, dan waren zij jegens u in niets tekort geschoten ten aanzien van het verbond, noch iemand tegen u hadden geholpen. Vervult dus hun verbond tot de bepaalde termijn. Waarlijk, Allah heeft de godvruchtigen lief.

Then on the completion of the sacred months kill the idolaters wherever you find them and arrest them and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, but if they repent and establish prayer and pay zakat then leave their way to go freely. Surely Allah is All Forgiving All Merciful.

Then when the sacred months have passed, slay the associators wherever you find them and catch them, and confine them and sit in wait for them at every place; again if they repent and establish prayer and give the poor-due, then leave their way. Verily Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
