Al-Baqarah · Ayah 251 of 286
فَهَزَمُوْھُمْ بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ ڐ وَقَتَلَ دَاوٗدُ جَالُوْتَ وَاٰتٰىهُ اللّٰهُ الْمُلْكَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهٗ مِمَّا يَشَاۗءُ ۭ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللّٰهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ ۙ لَّفَسَدَتِ الْاَرْضُ وَلٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ ذُوْ فَضْلٍ عَلَي الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
So they routed them by the command of Allah; and Dawud (David) slew Jalut, and Allah gave him the kingdom and wisdom, and taught him all whatever He willed; and if Allah does not ward off some men by others, the earth will be destroyed, but Allah is Most Munificent towards the entire creation.
تو انہوں نے ان کو بھگا دیا اللہ کے حکم سے، اور قتل کیا داؤد نے جالوت کو اور اللہ نے اسے سلطنت اور حکمت عطا فرمائی اور اسے جو چاہا سکھایا اور اگر اللہ لوگوں میں بعض سے بعض کو دفع نہ کرے تو ضرور زمین تباہ ہوجائے مگر اللہ سارے جہان پر فضل کرنے والا ہے،
