Al-Baqarah · Ayah 31 of 286
وَعَلَّمَ اٰدَمَ الْاَسْمَاۗءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَھُمْ عَلَي الْمَلٰۗىِٕكَةِ ۙ فَقَالَ اَنْۢبِــُٔـوْنِىْ بِاَسْمَاۗءِ ھٰٓؤُلَاۗءِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِيْنَ
And Allah the Supreme taught Adam all the names (of things), then presented them to the angels, saying, “Tell Me the names of these, if you are truthful.”
اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے آدم کو تمام (اشیاء کے) نام سکھائے پھر سب (اشیاء) کو ملائکہ پر پیش کرکے فرمایا سچے ہو تو ان کے نام تو بتاؤ
