بِسۡمِ اللهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ
اِنَّآ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ فِيْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
We have indeed sent down the Qur’an in the Night of Destiny.
بیشک ہم نے اسے شبِ قدر میں اتارا
وَمَآ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
And what have you understood, what the Night of Destiny is!
اور تم نے کیا جانا کیا شبِ قدر،
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ڏ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ اَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months.
شبِ قدر ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلٰۗىِٕكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا بِاِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ ۚ مِنْ كُلِّ اَمْرٍ
In it descend the angels and Jibreel, by the command of their Lord – for all works.
اس میں فرشتے اور جبریل اترتے ہیں اپنے رب کے حکم سے ہر کام کے لیے
سَلٰمٌ ڕهِيَ حَتّٰى مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ۧ۩
It is peace until the rising of dawn.
وہ سلامتی ہے، صبح چمکتے تک
